As a result, we observe an increase in individuals engaging in various activities to gain visibility or attention.  This phenomenon encompasses both commendable actions as well as regrettable or needless behaviors especially on social media. Healing

  Healing begins with  Recognizing the necessity to heal  From pain and its haunting memories. Its first seeds are implanted from a choice  “I choose to let go” “I choose to heal from the fact that I was hurt” But most wounded individuals walk around With band-aids over festering wounds Often times sporting plastic smiles and loud laughs  Unlike the quiet melancholy usually associated with a troubled mind As they try to project a false sense of wellness When all is truly not well.  They’re hurting real bad  Under the surface Sometimes more than they know. The only evidence seen is the ripple effects of their trauma manifesting as Newly found or amplified self insufficiency  Self sabotage  An inability to commit  Or a commit and fail  Pessimism An abnormal need to be alone An intense need NEVER to be alone And volatile, fiery, UNCONTROLLABLE emotions. They need courage to confront their hurt  But courage supposedly found within  Is far from the home of their hearts Naturally a dance of
